From this information, HLS prepares a first mortgage loan request detailing all of the basic information on the property including shell space requirements, finish out requirements, and equipment requirements. Based upon these requirements, HLS presents the financing request to a nationwide network of healthcare lenders. These lenders will analyze the requested financing and provide a variety of loan proposals from which the client chooses the best loan to meet their need.
