Glen Moore Vice President of Construction Mr. Moore added to the Huffman Team in 2002 as senior project manager and has also held the position of Director of Construction. With 26 years in construction and his ability to drive the Huffman team, quickly promoted to Vice President of Construction in 2005. Dusty Ansley
Vice President Mr. Ansley is currently the VP of Operations of Huffman Systems, Inc., a commercial builder of office condominiums, hospitals and surgical centers. As the VP of Operations, Dusty oversees the operations of the franchise, insuring that franchises are in compliance with policies, practices and procedures. Through positive growth of customer counts, sales, and royalties insures the growth of revenues for the franchise. Mr. Huffman is the President of Huffman, with over twenty-nine years experience in the real estate, development, and construction industry. Huffman Builders currently specializes in building medical and professional buildings for the owner occupant with construction in Texas, Nevada, Louisiana and California.
Jerry began his career in real estate in the Plano area, after graduating from Texas Tech University, with a Bachelor in Business Administration. Working his way up the local real estate career ladder, he joined a local ReMax agency and became the top ranked agent in Texas, specializing in commercial properties and has been a Texas Real Estate Broker since 1978.
Mr. Huffman has also served on the Board of Directors for the Hendrick Academy of Honor, the Plano Children’s Medical Clinic and has been a member of the Plano Rotary Club since 1983. Jerry is also affiliated with Paul Harris Fellow, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors.
Result oriented and committed to high standards, Jerry's day-to-day responsibilities include development programming, design coordination, entitlements, estimating, operations and business development. |
Dusty Ansley VP, Franchise Operations Huffman Systems, Inc.
Mr. Ansley is currently the VP of Operations of Huffman Systems, Inc., a commercial builder of office condominiums, hospitals and surgical centers.
As the VP of Operations, Dusty oversees the operations of the franchise, insuring that franchises are in compliance with policies, practices and procedures. Through positive growth of customer counts, sales, and royalties insures the growth of revenues for the franchise. By auditing monthly profit and loss statements he insures accurate royalty reporting, and positive growth for the franchise.
Mr. Ansley is also recognized for his achievements in the HR profession, specifically in the areas of employee performance appraisal and benefit programs, successful implementation of ABRA HRMS & AWC, as well as maintaining and administering the human resources policies and procedures to ensure company is in compliance with all local, state and federal laws. An advocate and mentor, Mr. Ansley has dedicated much of his efforts toward raising education, awareness and recognition for the office professional.
Other areas of his expertise include managing all facets of enterprise systems, including Internet security, e-mail, market connectivity, VoIP, and network infrastructures. He also led the design, implementation and maintenance of the company's network, operating systems, and database systems.
Before joining Huffman, Mr. Ansley owned a corporation (Xeon, Inc.) that consisted of a restaurant and a technology consulting firm. His corporation was the second largest employer in the city.
Mr. Ansley also consulted with MCI WorldCom as a Senior Business Analyst, acting as a liaison between executives and various departments to identify and document the current company processes at MCI WorldCom and then recommending process and organizational changes.
A few of Ansley's career achievements and positions held include Daingerfield's President of Chamber of Commerce, the city award for both "Business of the Month" and "Business of the Year", along with several "Outstanding Service and Customer Achievement" from MCI Telecommunications.
Dusty avidly believes in improving his skill set and supplements his education with professional training. He holds certifications from FranCorp in Franchise Management and Franchise Sales, Human Resource Management from Cornell University, CAE, CCSP & CCA from Citrix, and certifications in ABRA & HRMS, in addition to multiple certifications from Microsoft including Certified Master in CRM. |

With his attention to detail and invaluable engineering background, he has earned the reputation as an efficient builder who focuses on the needs of the customer.
Gray Harrison has been a part of engineering his entire professional career. A native of Abilene, Texas, he has lived in Dallas since 1995. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering & Shipyard Management from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York.
Well traveled during his naval career, Gray has observed and studied the physical geography and cultures firsthand in exotic places such as Japan, Australia, Spain, Greece and Israel. While attending the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Gray was assigned and responsible for the personal and professional development of his subordinates in the Honor Code and was called upon to represent those accused of committing any Honor Code violations. Mr. Harrison also holds a 2nd Assistant Engineer's License in the U.S. Coast Guard.
While serving his country in the U.S. Navy, as a Lieutenant, Harrison became proficient in AutoCad and Process Management software. He holds certifications in Marine Fire Fighting and Helicopter Fire Fighting, Damage Control, Navy Fuel Oil Testing and earned the MMR Ensign Indoctrination.
Prior to that assignment, Harrison was assigned as an intern to the Nuclear Project Manager for the USS George Washington, monitoring work change orders and scheduled changes to the ship.
Gray has been married since 2002 to Madeleine Harrison and they currently live in Plano, Texas with their dog, Rusty. |

Mr. Moore added to the Huffman Team in 2002 as senior project manager and has also held the position of Director of Construction. With 26 years in construction and his ability to drive the Huffman team, quickly promoted to Vice President of Construction in 2005. Glen plays a key roll in the planning, development, quality control, architectural design, estimating, day to day performance and supporting the project staff.
Glen has also been responsible for establishing the Texas and Louisiana markets as well as perfecting the quality and design of Huffman’s trade mark buildings. He has also played a key role in defining Huffman Builders in the medical industry with the planning and construction of cancer centers, kidney dialysis, surgery center, bariatric hospitals, rehab centers; emergency cares as well as hundreds of MOB’s.
